Within The French Broad River Garden Club Foundation, Inc., participation is an integral part of active membership. Per the By-Laws [page 22 Article III, section 2(B)(3): Affiliate members may serve on committees and serve as a delegate to Zone and Annual meetings, but may not be on the Board of Directors.]
