Scholarships & Grants

The French Broad River Garden Club Foundation strives to promote conservation in Western North Carolina by awarding educational scholarships to deserving students studying horticulture and conservation.

2025 Accomplishments

  • The French Broad River Garden Club Foundation donated a total of $22,500 for scholarships.

​

  • ABTech, Brevard College, Haywood Community College,  UNC-Asheville and Warren Wilson College received gifts for scholars.

​

  • Grants were awarded to the NC Arboretum, Riverlink, Shiloh Community Garden, Irene Wortham Center, and Evergreen Charter School.
